I have worked as an Instructional Designer at Goucher College for the past four years and before that at Western Washington University. I have extensive experience providing instructional design consultation, workshops, course reviews and helping faculty transition from classroom based teaching modalities to online and hybrid ones. Additionally, I have experience as an eLearning Director at Whatcom Community College and am a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer.
